Micampus Bilbao offers special prices in room booking for the academic members during the IASIM-2024 — 46.55 Euros/day (including taxes) for an individual room with kitchen. Academic member is understood as any person who works or studies in an academic institution (student, PhD fellow, post-doc researcher, assistant, associated and full professor, researcher, etc.)

The rooms offered are in the Micampus Bilbao Txurdinaga (Gabriel Aresti Hiribidea, 40, 48004 Bilbo, Bizkaia) residence. Txurdinaga is a neighbourhood of Bilbao that is easily reachable with the Metro and bus. The metro stop is at 2 minutes walking distance from the residence (very handy!). The conditions that must be fulfilled for benefit from this offer are as follow:

• The offer is for individual room with kitchen, 46.55 Euros/day.
• The offer must be selected in the registration form.
• The offer is only valid until the 15th of April, 2024.
• The offer is only for academic members.
• The total amount must be paid during the booking procedure.
• The payment is not reimbursable.
• The offer exists upon availability. Be fast, Bilbao gets crowded very easily!

The hotel Barceló Bilbao Nervión offers a nice discount for IASIM-2024 participants. Please contact directly the hotel manager (reservas.norte@barcelo.com) saying that you are participating in the IASIM-2024 congress. They will offer a 12% discount on their daily rates (upon availability) with free cancellation 24 hours before and payment directly in the hotel. The only request will be a card number (and the expiration date) as warranty. Please, do NOT do it through their website. Do it by e-mail directly to them.
